I started the Smith Brokerage in 1985. I was born and raised in Buffalo, went to the University of Wyoming, and came back to raise my family here. My wife Kathy, was a second grade teacher for 35 years and we have three wonderful grown children and two grandchildren. The Smith Brokerage has been the Number 1 Coldwell Banker Office in Wyoming for the past 7 years. We do the bulk of the real estate business in this wonderful little community, and we feel no one works harder for their clients and customers. Our agents have a vast amount of experience and know our market thoroughly.
